Who we are

This website is operated by Ellis & Co. Private Limited (CIN U73100GJ2026PTC184220), a company incorporated in India, with its registered office at 6 Anand Mangal Aprt, Nr. Kenyug Aprt, Satellite, Jodhpur Char Rasta, Ahmedabad – 380015, Gujarat, India. In this policy, “Ellis Motion”, “we” and “us” refer to that company.

Information we collect

When you send an inquiry

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company name and message, and optionally your company website, industry, the package you are interested in, budget range, and desired start date. We also record whether you ticked the optional marketing checkbox and the time of submission.

When you subscribe to emails

If you subscribe, we collect your email address and your consent. Subscriptions use double opt-in: we email you a confirmation link, and you are only added to our mailing list after you confirm.

When you book a call

Our booking page embeds a scheduler provided by Calendly. Information you enter there (such as your name, email and any answers) is collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

When you buy a plan online

The checkout asks for your name, email, phone number (required by our payment provider), company, optional website and a short project description. We store this with your order record (plan, amount, status and payment reference) in a secure database. Card payments are processed by Cashfree Payments on its own secure page; we never receive or store your card number or security code.

When you pay an invoice

Invoices for custom work are paid through Wise Business. Wise processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive details such as the payer's name, amount, currency, date and reference.

We keep order, invoice and payment records as required for accounting, tax and foreign-exchange compliance.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. We use IP addresses briefly, in memory, to limit repeated form submissions and prevent abuse.

What we do not do

• We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
• This website does not set its own cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain, not a third-party font service. Our payment provider may set cookies on its checkout page.
• We do not sell personal information.
• Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals you request.
• To arrange and hold meetings you book.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed and confirmed.
• To protect the website and our services from spam and misuse.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers, who process information on our behalf:

• Resend: delivers inquiry notifications and confirmation emails, and stores our marketing contact list and subscription preferences.
• Google (Gmail): inquiry notifications are delivered to our Gmail inbox, where we read and answer them.
• Calendly: provides the scheduling tool on our booking page. Calendly may use its own cookies when the scheduler loads; see Calendly's privacy policy.
• Cashfree Payments: processes online plan payments on its hosted checkout.
• Upstash (Redis database, via our hosting provider): stores order records.
• Wise: processes invoice payments made to us.
• Our hosting provider: serves this website and processes technical request data.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and India. We use providers that apply recognised safeguards to the information they handle.

How long we keep information

This website does not store form submissions in its own database. Inquiries are kept in our email for as long as needed to correspond with you and maintain business records. Marketing contacts remain on our list until you unsubscribe; after that we keep only the record needed to respect your choice.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or on our email preferences page. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email team@ellismotion.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections, validated on our server, and protected against automated abuse. API keys and credentials are kept on the server and never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and its “last updated” date.
